Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) and Schedule 5, section 1(1) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, and section 7(1) of the WorkSafe New Zealand Act 2013, the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety has appointed:

Bill Moran, of Wellington

as a member and Deputy Chair for a term commencing on 13 July 2026 and expiring 12 January 2028; and

Mark Leslie, of Hamilton

as a member for a term commencing on 13 July 2026 and expiring 12 July 2029.
