Pursuant to section 5 of the Transport Accident Investigation Commission Act 1990 and section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand is pleased to appoint

Aedeen Boadita-Cormican

as Commissioner of the Transport Accident Investigation Commission, for a term commencing on the date of appointment and expiring on 31 May 2031.
