Under section 7 of the Regulatory Standards Act 2025, notice is given of the making of the following secondary legislation by the Minister for Regulation:

This notice is secondary legislation for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2019 and is administered by the Ministry for Regulation.

This secondary legislation comes into force on 1 July 2026.
