Under clause 17 of Schedule 6 to the Education and Training Act 2020, I hereby give notice that the Minister of Education on behalf of His Majesty The King in right of New Zealand, and the proprietor, the Bishop of the Diocese of Palmerston North, John Adams, have mutually agreed to cancel the Integration Agreement for St Joseph’s School (Pātea) (2452).

This agreement was signed on 29 May 2026, by the Minister of Education on behalf of His Majesty The King in right of New Zealand, and by the proprietor.

This cancellation will take effect on 31 December 2026.
