Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Audrey Sonerson, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice:

1. Appoint Dr Gail Riccitelli as Director of Area Mental Health Services in respect of “Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Taranaki”, and amend the Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services (New Zealand Gazette, 20 March 2025, Notice No. 2025-go1576)

1. by omitting the name and title
   “Ross Ekdahl, nurse practitioner, of Waitara”
2. and substituting the name and title
   “Dr Gail Riccitelli, psychiatrist, of New Plymouth”.

This notice is effective from 29 June 2026.
