Pursuant to section 429(A) of the Maritime Transport Act 1994 and section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Transport is pleased to appoint

Belinda Rose Clark

as member of the Maritime New Zealand Board for a term commencing on 27 May 2026 and ending on 26 May 2029; and

Charles Holmes Finny

as member of the Maritime New Zealand Board for a term commencing on 21 June 2026 and ending on 20 June 2029.

Pursuant to clause 1 of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Transport is pleased to appoint

Kevin Ronald Short

Chair of the Maritime New Zealand Board for a term commencing on 1 July 2026 and ending on 28 February 2028; and

Charles Holmes Finny

as Deputy Chair of the Maritime New Zealand Board for a term commencing on 1 July 2026 and ending on 20 June 2029.
