Under section 181(1) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby dissolve the South Auckland Middle School (876) Board and direct the Secretary for Education’s delegate to appoint a Commissioner to replace that board.

This notice takes effect on 11 June 2026.
