Pursuant to section 9(1) of the Health and Disability Commissioner Act 1994 and section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Governor-General has reappointed

Dr Vanessa Caldwell

as a Deputy Health and Disability Commissioner for a 12-month term commencing 6 September 2026.
