Pursuant to section 344(1)(2) and Schedule 3(1)(3) of the Building Act 2004, the Minister for Building and Construction has appointed to the Building Practitioners Board:

Grant Pearson, of Nelson

as Chair for a term commencing on 1 July 2026 and expiring on 20 July 2028.
