Pursuant to Schedule 5, section 1(2) of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 13 of the Electricity Industry Act 2010, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has appointed:

Erik Cameron Westergaard

as Deputy Chair of the Electricity Authority for the remainder of his term expiring on 15 January 2028.

Pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 13 of the Electricity Industry Act 2010, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has appointed:

Anthony (Tony) Baldwin

Benjamin (Ben) Bolot

as members of the Electricity Authority Board for terms commencing on 23 December 2025 and expiring on 22 December 2029; and

Murray Parrish

as a member of the Electricity Authority Board for a term commencing on 23 December 2025 and expiring on 22 December 2028.
