I, Bernice Santa Irene Smith, Senior Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 19 May 2026, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 of the Companies Act 1993, by virtue of the removal of Ristrom Packaging Limited (Company No.: 142303) from the Register of Companies on 18 August 2022, with resource consent no. CRC041348 issued by the Environment Canterbury Regional Council.
