I, Benjamin Joseph Martell, Manager Public Law, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 15 May 2026, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 of the Companies Act 1993, by virtue of the removal of Woodglen Utilities Limited from the Register of Companies on 15 June 2015, with rights to Encumbrance 6131377.10 registered against Records of Title 146984, 146985, 146986, 146987, 146988, 146989, 146990, 146991, 146992 and 146993.
