Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004 (“Act”), the Honourable Nicola Willis, Minister of Finance hereby gives notice that, with effect from 21 April 2026, the Honourable Nicola Willis, Minister of Finance, the Right Honourable Winston Peters, Minister for Rail, and the Honourable Chris Bishop, Minister of Transport, gave approval, under section 160(1)(b) of the Act, to Ferry Holdings Limited (“company”) to allow the company to acquire financial products (namely, a debt security in the form of a concessionary loan).
