I, Benjamin Joseph Martell, Manager Public Law, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 13 May 2026, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 of the Companies Act 1993, by virtue of the removal of St Kevins Cafe Limited from the Register of Companies on 17 November 2011, with rights to $13,073.27 held by Witten-Hannah Howard.

These funds will be transferred to the Treasury. Any person claiming an interest in the funds held should contact the Legal Team at the Treasury by email to legal@treasury.govt.nz or by post to the Treasury, PO Box 3724, Wellington 6140.
