In the matter of the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal, pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 11 November 2025, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to sections 242(1)(e) and 244 of the Act, that

be suspended from practice as a barrister or solicitor for 12 months commencing 20 October 2025.
