In the matter of the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal, pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 7 May 2025 the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to sections 242(1)(e) and 244 of the Act, that

be suspended from practice as a barrister or solicitor for nine months commencing on 1 July 2025.

On 19 February 2026 the High Court formally issued a judgment which recorded an appeal against this order was dismissed.
