Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of and Schedule 5(1) to the Crown Entities Act 2004 and sections 9–11 of the Environmental Protection Authority Act 2011 the Minister for the Environment has appointed:

Lisa Tumahai

as a member from 4 May 2026 up to 3 May 2029; and

Professor Nicola Mary Shadbolt

as a member from 1 July 2026 up to 30 June 2029; and reappointed

Mary-Anne Macleod

as a member and Deputy Chair from 1 July 2026 up to 30 June 2029.
