Pursuant to section 12(2) of the Pae Ora (Healthy Futures) Act 2022, and section 28(1)(a) and clause 1(1) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Health has appointed:

Mark Darrow as Chair, and

Michael Schubert as a member

for three-year terms commencing 1 May 2026, and appointed:

Dr Bryan Betty as a member

for a three-year term commencing 24 July 2026 to the Board of Health New Zealand – Te Whatu Ora.
