Under section 181(1) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby dissolve the Herekino School (1013) Board and direct the Secretary for Education’s delegate to appoint a Commissioner to replace that board.

This notice takes effect on day Tuesday, 28 April 2026.
