Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 24 May 2023, which was granted under those regulations to The Harakeke Centre Ltd, in respect of Harakeke (45329) situated at 1856 Moutere Highway, Upper Moutere.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
