Pursuant to section 181(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 2023, I give notice that, further to an application received from WestJet, the airline has been granted a Scheduled International Air Service Licence to permit services under the terms of the Air Transport Agreement between New Zealand and Canada.

The licence took effect on 10 April 2026.
