Pursuant to section 5AA of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, the Director-General of Health has, as per their delegated authority, appointed to the Expert Advisory Committee on Drugs:

Mark Ayson – expert in public health,

Stephanie Murphy – expert in appropriateness and safety of pharmaceuticals and their availability to the public,

for three-year terms commencing on 26 March 2026, and appointed

Terry Brown – border control,

for a term of three years commencing on 31 March 2026.
