Pursuant to section 184(6) of the Civil Aviation Act 2023, I give notice that, further to an application received from British Airways Plc., the Scheduled International Air Service Licence held by that airline has been varied to include the replacement provisions:

The licensee may carry on scheduled international air services and non-scheduled international flights without capacity constraints and in both directions over the routes listed below:

1. optionally from points behind the United Kingdom, via the United Kingdom, optionally via any intermediate points, to points in New Zealand, and optionally to points beyond; and
2. points in New Zealand to any points other than points in the United Kingdom.

The variation took effect on 27 March 2026.
