An amendment is made to the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 January 2026, Notice No. 2026-go387. This is required under 212M of the Education and Training Act.

The following wording is added:

“The charter school will operate with the distinguishing character of ‘specialist education with a focus on autistic and neurodiverse learners.’”
