I, Jamie Bamford, acting under delegation from the Chief Executive, hereby determine the working hours of Customs as per section 440 of the Customs and Excise Act 2018 at the airport operated by Dunedin International Airport Limited as follows.

Notes:

1. All times are expressed in 24-hour format
2. For the avoidance of doubt, a day may have working hours determined as ‘nil’ but the period of 2300 to midnight on that day may form part of the determination of the working hours for the following day.

This determination is effective from 29 March 2026 until 24 October 2026, unless earlier revoked or amended.

This determination revokes and replaces the earlier Determination: Working Hours of Customs – Dunedin International Airport notice dated 19 September 2025 and published 26 September 2025 (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 September 2025, Notice No. 2025-go5323).

This determination also revokes the Corrigendum – Determination: Workings Hours of Customs – Dunedin Airport notice dated 7 November 2025 and published 7 November 2025 (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 November 2025, Notice No. 2025-go6412).
