Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 28 October 2025, which was granted under those regulations to Treasured Tamariki Foundation Limited, in respect of Treasured Tamarki ECE and Childcare Centre (48292) situated at 15 Millers Road, Brookfield, Tauranga.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
