Pursuant to section 5 and clause 1 of the Schedule to the Transport Accident Investigation Commission Act 1990 and section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand is pleased to reappoint

David Gordon Clarke

as Chief Commissioner of the Transport Accident Investigation Commission, for a term commencing on the date of appointment and expiring on 30 November 2030.
