Pursuant to section 8(1) of the Health and Disability Commissioner Act 1994 and 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Governor-General has reappointed;

Ms Morag McDowell

as Health and Disability Commissioner for a two-year term commencing on 7 March 2026.
