I, Thomas Vincenzo Roy, Senior Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 3 March 2026, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 of the Companies Act 1993, by virtue of the removal of Wal’s Horticulture Limited (Company No.: 6541280) from the Register of Companies on 27 October 2022, with resource consent No. RM19-0161 issued by the Bay of Plenty Regional Council in relation to a property at State Highway 30, Te Teko.
