Under section 181(1) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby dissolve the St Joseph’s School (Patea) (2452) Board and direct the Secretary for Education’s delegate to appoint a Commissioner to replace that board.

This notice takes effect on 14 January 2026.
