Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Mangateretere School (2599) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 December 2024, Notice No. 2024-go6499).

In accordance with the notice issued under section 181(1) of the Education and Training Act 2020 on 19 February 2026, acting with delegated authority from the Secretary for Education, I hereby, under section 181(2) of the Education and Training Act 2020, appoint:

Stephen Hensman

as Commissioner for the Mangateretere School (2599) Board.

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
