Pursuant to Regulation 17(4) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 25 September 2025, which was granted under those regulations to Happy Sprouts Hamilton Limited, in respect of Happy Sprouts Hamilton Limited (48168) situated at 7 Bains Avenue, Hamilton East, Hamilton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
