Estate of Leonard James Dawson
In the Estate of Leonard James Dawson, retired farmer, of 239 Moerangi Road, Oparau, who died at Oparau on 6 November 2022, notice is given, pursuant to section 79 of the Trusts Act 2019, to any persons or creditors who believe they have a claim against the Estate for any outstanding debt or interest.
Notice is required to be sent in writing along with proof of the claim or interest to C/- Evolution Lawyers, PO Box 56225, Dominion Road, Auckland 1446 or by email to thomas@evolutionlawyers.nz, on behalf of the administrator/trustee of the Estate.
Such notice is required on or before 14 August 2026, after which the administrator/trustee will proceed to distribute the Estate among those creditors and persons entitled, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they will have had notice.
The Estate will not be liable for any claims at the time of administration or distribution of which notice has not been given.
