Public Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
In the matter of section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of mortgage over goods dated 24 April 2024 (“Loan Agreement”) over the following mortgaged goods described below.

Notice is hereby given that on 23 June 2026, L & F Limited (“mortgagee”), under the Loan Agreement, entered into possession of the mortgaged goods following the failure of the mortgagor, Central Bulk Logistics Ltd, to comply with the terms of the Loan Agreement.
