Pursuant to section 79 of the Trusts Act 2019, notice is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having claims against or in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased or any property forming part of such estate or against the trustee personally are required to send their claims to the undermentioned executor on or before 19 July 2026.
Notice is hereby given that after that date the executor proposes to transfer or distribute the assets of the deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the claims of which the executor then has notice, and that in such event the executor will not, as respects the property so transferred or distributed, be liable to any such person of whose claim the executor has no notice at the time of such transfer or distribution.
