In the matter of section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of mortgage over goods dated 16 January 2026 (“Loan Agreement”) over the following mortgaged goods described below.

Notice is hereby given that on 12 June 2026, L & F Limited (“mortgagee”), under the Loan Agreement, entered into possession of the mortgaged goods following the failure of the mortgagor, Ace Taxis Limited, to comply with the terms of the Loan Agreement.
