Notice to Creditors and Other Claimants

In accordance with section 79 of the Trusts Act 2019, potential creditors and other claimants who assert a right or an interest in the estate above must file notice of the claim to the trustee at the address provided below before or by 21 July 2026. The proposed distribution may be made without regard to any claim of which the trustee does not have notice before the notice deadline.
