Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, notice is hereby given that on 13 May 2026, Automotive Lending Solutions New Zealand Pty Limited (formerly Nissan Financial Services New Zealand Pty Limited) (“mortgagee”) entered into possession of 29 vehicles with the following vehicle identification numbers, following the failure of the mortgagor, Vasudha LDV Limited, Vasudha Mahindra Limited and Vasudha Honda Limited to remedy breaches outlined in an Extension of Termination Notice dated 9 April 2026.
