Public Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
In the matter of section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 (“Act”) and in the matter of the mortgage over goods under KiwiPlus Agreement, dated 19 September 2022 (“Security Agreement”) over the mortgaged goods described below.
Kiwibank Limited, the mortgagee under the Security Agreement (“mortgagee”), gives notice in accordance with section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged goods described below between 4 May 2026 and 7 May 2026.
