Secure Funding Limited, a duly incorporated company with its registered office at Level 2, 110 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010, as mortgagee (“mortgagee”) under the mortgage gives notice that, pursuant to orders of the High Court at Tauranga in proceeding CIV-2025-470-192 dated 22 April 2026 and section 139(1)(c) of the Act, on 29 April 2026 the Mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below:

56 Matua Road, Matua, Tauranga 3110, Record of Title SA 55C South Auckland Registry, Lot 2 DP 69279
