Estate of Sarabjit Singh Virdi (deceased)
Pursuant to section 79 of the Trust Act 2019, notice is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having claims against the estate of Sarabjit Singh Virdi, late of Auckland, who passed away on 29 September 2025, are required to send full particulars of their claims to the undersigned, the administrator of the estate, at the address below, on or before 7 June 2026.
This notice includes any claims arising in connection with Viridian Projects Consulting Limited.
They are warned that after that date, the administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which notice has been received, and will not be liable for any claim not notified by that date.
