In accordance with section 79 of the Trusts Act 2019, notice is hereby given that any creditor or other person having claims against the estate of Regan Kevin Soper (deceased) of Gore, who died on 14 March 2026, are required to send full details and supporting documentation of their claims to the administrators on or before the date that is 30 days after the first publishing of this notice.

After the deadline specified above, the estate may be administrated or distributed having regard only to the claims that have been received. Neither the administrators nor the estate will be liable for any claims that were not received when the estate is administrated or distributed.
