Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of Mortgage Instrument Number 12701052.2 (“Mortgage”).
Whale Capital Limited being the mortgagee under the Mortgage (“Mortgagee”), hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below on 1 May 2026.
The description of the land is the property having legal description Lot 2 Deposited Plan 101656, as an estate in fee simple being Record of Title NA55D/1447 (North Auckland Land Registry).
The address to which communications relating to the mortgaged land may be addressed to the Mortgagee’s registered office address at Suite 12, 160 Broadway, Newmarket, Auckland 1023.
