Notice is hereby given that on 29 April 2026, L & F Limited (“mortgagee”), under the Loan Agreements, entered into possession of the mortgaged goods following the failure of the mortgagor, Independent Crane Services Limited (in liquidation), to comply with the terms of the Loan Agreements.
