Public Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
In the matter of section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of mortgage over goods dated 11 July 2023 (“Loan Agreement”) over the following mortgaged goods described below.

Notice is hereby given that on 16 April 2026, L & F Limited (“mortgagee”), under the Loan Agreement, entered into possession of the mortgaged goods following the failure of the mortgagor, Abdullah Civil & Transport Ltd, to comply with the terms of the mortgage.
