Public Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
In the matter of section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of mortgage over goods dated 4 August 2024 and 19 December 2024 (“Loan Agreements”) over the following mortgaged goods described below.

Motor Vehicle: 2015 Maserati Ghibli, Registration No.: LZP981, Red,
Vessel: Yacht – Soubrette II, 1975 Alan Mummery 14.8m ketch, blue with white topsides, including 3.6m dinghy and 15hp Yamaha motor, Sail No.: 1355.
Notice is hereby given that on 6 March 2026, Mainland Financial Planning Limited (“security agent”), under the Loan Agreements, entered into possession of the mortgaged goods following the failure of the mortgagor, Dobson Holdings Limited, Robynne and Grant Hayman, to comply with the terms of the mortgage.
