Public Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
In the matter of section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of mortgage over goods dated 29 November 2024 (“Loan Agreement”) over the following mortgaged goods described below.
2020 Hyundai HL757-9, VIN: HHKHLM01JL0000981.
Notice is hereby given that on 10 March 2026 L & F Limited (“mortgagee”), under the Loan Agreement, entered into possession of the mortgaged goods following the failure of the mortgagor, Page Plant & Equipment Limited, to comply with the terms of the mortgage.
