Public Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
In the matter of section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of mortgage over goods dated 9 October 2025 (“Loan Agreement”) over the following mortgaged goods described below.

Notice is hereby given that on 10 March 2026 L & F Limited (“mortgagee”), under the Loan Agreement, entered into possession of the mortgaged goods following the failure of the mortgagor, Page Plant & Equipment Limited, to comply with the terms of the mortgage.
