Public Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
In the matter of section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 (“Act”) and in the matter of the mortgage over goods under Asset Finance Term Loan Agreement, dated Friday, 29 September 2023 (“Security Agreement”) over the mortgaged goods described below.
Kiwibank Limited, the mortgagee under the Security Agreement (“mortgagee”), gives notice in accordance with section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged goods described below on 10 March 2026.
