Estate of Chun Fung Yeung
In the estate of Chun Fung Yeung of Auckland, Retired, deceased, who died at Auckland on 16 November 2025.
Pursuant to section 79 of the Trusts Act 2019, all creditors and other persons having claims to which that section applies in connection with the estate of Chun Fung Yeung of Auckland, retired, who died on 16 November 2025 must send their claims to the administrator on or before 16 April 2026.
After that date, the estate may be administrated or distributed having regard only to the claims that have been received.
The administrator will not be liable for any claims that were not received when the estate is administrated or distributed.
